Project Overview
Enterprise Travel Marketplace was developed for a private UAE travel operator serving businesses that needed a more organised way to manage corporate travel. The platform connects business travellers, travel administrators, suppliers and internal operations teams through shared booking and account workflows. Users can search available travel options, review details, make bookings and access itinerary information from one account. Travel administrators can manage corporate profiles, booking activity and traveller information, while the central operations interface provides visibility across suppliers and reservations. Techanic Infotech designed the platform around UAE business travel requirements, where multiple travellers, approval needs and changing itineraries must be managed without creating unnecessary administrative work.
Project Idea
The business idea was to create one marketplace for companies managing regular business travel across different suppliers and travel requirements. The platform gives travellers a direct way to search and book, while corporate administrators retain visibility over reservations, traveller details and company travel activity.
Corporate travel becomes difficult when bookings, traveller records and supplier communication are handled through separate systems. A traveller may need to change an itinerary while an administrator needs to confirm company details, and the travel operator still needs an accurate view of the reservation. Disconnected workflows make these situations harder to manage.
Techanic Infotech connected search, booking, traveller profiles and supplier information through a shared platform. Corporate users could access relevant travel options, review booking details and manage itineraries, while administrators received structured views of traveller activity and reservations. The operations team could also monitor supplier and booking information from a central interface.
The product principle focused on clarity, flexibility and control. Business travellers need to complete bookings quickly, administrators need enough information to manage company travel, and operators need visibility across reservations. The experience was therefore designed to keep important booking details accessible while reducing unnecessary steps for common corporate travel tasks.

Challenges
The platform needed to support both frequent corporate travellers and employees making their first business booking through the marketplace. Experienced travellers expected quick access to familiar booking actions, while first time users needed clearer guidance around traveller information, booking details and itinerary confirmation. Corporate administrators also needed visibility without making the traveller journey unnecessarily complex.
Travel inventory introduced another layer of complexity because hotels, flights and other services can have different availability, pricing and booking conditions. The platform needed to present these differences clearly while keeping search results useful for business users. Techanic Infotech structured the experience so key booking information could be reviewed before confirmation, reducing confusion around availability and reservation details.
Performance was important during periods when business travel demand increased, including weekday mornings, seasonal travel periods and corporate booking cycles. Search needed to remain responsive when users were comparing options, while booking records had to update reliably after confirmation. The platform was designed to keep search, booking and itinerary information connected so travellers and administrators could work from consistent reservation data.

Results
Techanic Infotech delivered a connected enterprise travel marketplace across Android, iOS and Web, bringing traveller bookings, corporate administration and supplier operations into one platform. The release gave the UAE operator a structured digital channel for managing business travel without relying on disconnected booking and administration workflows.
The operational outcome was better visibility across corporate reservations. Administrators could review traveller and booking information through connected interfaces, while the operations team could work with supplier and reservation data from a central environment. This made routine booking support and travel administration easier to coordinate.
Travellers received a more consistent booking experience, with search, reservation details and itinerary information available through the same account. Corporate teams gained clearer oversight of employee travel activity, while suppliers could be managed within the wider marketplace structure. The result was a more organised experience for both travel users and internal teams.
The client can now expand the marketplace by adding more suppliers, corporate accounts, travel services and business travel workflows within the existing product structure. Further capabilities can be introduced as booking volumes increase, without replacing the core marketplace architecture.
